Like the free edition, EquaRent Pro gives you a full rental site and a direct booking tunnel: photos, amenities, a click-to-load location map, nightly pricing with weekend rates, seasons and length-of-stay discounts, a cleaning fee and tourist tax, Stripe checkout (pay in full) or booking requests you confirm yourself, on-site guest reviews with an automatic post-stay review-request email, a page & menu site builder, rich per-language emails, SEO and legal pages — and iCal calendar sync so you are never double-booked. Everything runs in your own WordPress, and every booking is recorded in your own database.

Do I need Airbnb, Booking.com or another platform to take bookings?
No. EquaRent is a complete rental website with its own direct booking tunnel, running inside WordPress. You can still list on the platforms and keep calendars in sync (iCal, or two-way through a channel manager like Smoobu) so you are never double-booked — but guests can book and pay you directly, with no platform in between.
Where are my bookings and guest data stored?
In your own WordPress database. Your reservations, your guests' details and your reviews never leave your site, and are never sent to us or to any third party. Payments are processed directly between your site and Stripe.
How are payments handled?
Payments are settled by Stripe, directly between your site and your own Stripe account. Guests pay on Stripe's hosted checkout; EquaRent stores no card data and no Stripe credentials of its own beyond the keys you configure, which are encrypted at rest.
What does Pro add compared to the free version?

Is there a limit on the number of properties or bookings?
No. The number of bookings is never limited, and Pro lets you manage several properties from one WordPress — one licence, no per-booking fee.
Can I avoid double-bookings with the platforms?
Yes. EquaRent imports each platform's iCal feed to block dates booked elsewhere, and gives you your own export feed to publish back to them. Pro adds unlimited import feeds and two-way sync through a channel manager such as Smoobu — bookings, rates and availability, not just availability.
