EquaSign Pro turns your WordPress site into a complete electronic-signature workflow — no third-party signing platform, no monthly per-signature fees, and no document ever leaving your servers.

Like the free edition, EquaSign Pro implements a Simple Electronic Signature (SES) in the sense of the eIDAS regulation: you send a PDF, the signer verifies their identity with a one-time code, reviews the document and applies their signature, and the result is sealed with an Ed25519 cryptographic signature. Every completed signature produces a self-contained proof file that can be verified independently and offline — your evidence keeps its full value even if you ever stop using the plugin.

Your data stays yours. Documents, signer information and proof files live in your own WordPress database and uploads. EquaSign never transmits your documents or your signers' personal data to us or to any third party. Encryption at rest and assisted key management (KEK) are included.

EquaSign implements a Simple Electronic Signature (SES). It is not an Advanced (AdES) or Qualified (QES) electronic signature. It is designed for the everyday agreements — quotes, mandates, consent forms, approvals, service contracts — where a clear, auditable record of who signed what, and when, is exactly what you need.

Is this a qualified electronic signature?

No. EquaSign implements a Simple Electronic Signature (SES) as defined by eIDAS. It is not an Advanced (AdES) or Qualified (QES) signature. It is intended for everyday agreements where a clear, auditable record is what you need.

Where is my data stored?

In your own WordPress database and uploads directory. Your documents, your signers' personal data and your proof files never leave your site, and are never sent to us or to any third party.

Can a proof be verified without your servers?

Yes. Each proof file is sealed with an Ed25519 signature and is designed to be verified independently and offline. Its validity does not depend on our infrastructure.

What does Pro add compared to the free version?

SMS one-time codes and invitations, a public REST API with named keys, multiple custom document types with a visual signature-zone editor, per-page signing modes, an access gate, automatic delivery of the sealed proof, post-signature redirection and extra front-end languages.

Do I need anything else to send emails or SMS?

EquaSign uses your site's own email transport (a transactional email plugin such as Brevo is recommended for good deliverability). SMS delivery relies on your Brevo account. EquaSign never stores third-party credentials of its own.

Is there a limit on the number of signatures?

No. The number of signatures is never limited, in any edition.
